Affinity Care Minnesota is a healthcare service provider specializing in home care solutions for individuals with disabilities, seniors, and those in need of rehabilitation services. Their comprehensive services include nursing care, physical therapy, and personal support services. Challenge

Affinity care was using Airtable; however they were not using it to its full capabilities.

They were using one base to store the entire businesses data. In other words, the database architecture was not optimized for data security, collaboration, and streamlined operations.
The usage of a single base caused everyone in the company to have access to sensitive data.
There was no usage of Interfaces for reporting.
No usage of Airtable's internal automations to facilitate base operations
Airtable was not connected and communicating with their CRM and form applications.

Solution

The solution was a three step process:

Catalytics began by understanding Affinity Care team’s workflows. How they currently use Airtable and what manual operations are involved in their workflows.
The Catalytics team identified the gaps in Airtable functionality that Affinity care was not taking advantage of.
The Catalytics team then implemented the solutions including:
- Newly designed Airtable architecture, designed with cross team security and collaboration in mind.
- Executive and manager level interfaces, which the team could use to easily answer important questions and make business decisions.
- Connected Airtable to Jotform and Pipedrive in order for Airtable to serve as a source of truth
