Service Delivery Process
Consultation: We begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand your business needs and objectives.Proposal: Based on the consultation, a detailed proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be provided.Agreement: Upon approval of the proposal, a service agreement will be executed to formalize the partnership.Implementation: Our team will execute the agreed-upon services, providing regular updates and seeking feedback to ensure alignment with your expectations.Review & Handover: After implementation, we conduct a thorough review and provide necessary training or documentation to ensure a smooth transition.Timelines
